Dr.SUNDARAN is not born rich, he has come from the poor peasant family and with great struggle he has completed his degree in medicine and specialized in Diabetic. On completion of his studies, a light of thought has arised in his mind to serve the needy. With this as a motto, in a small tiled house started to practice one and a half decades ago, in Thirumurugan Poondi. The population here mainly consist of daily labor working in a knitted garment companies, keeping the economic background of the people in Thirumuruganpoondi and its surrounding villages, his fee was a peanut amount-in wich he used to give free injections and medicines to the down trodden people. He was seen as a family member of each and every patient more than as a Doctor. He address every patient only by relation not by name, by which he has become a strong member in their family. At this moment he got married to Dr.KARTHIGAI, who is a Medical Graduate with specialization in Anesthesia, who is also an alike minded person.

This thought of both developed the tiny clinic to 2 bedded clinic from their developed to 8 bedded Nursing Home under the banner of Lakshmi Clinic, even after all these developments their fee and service to mankind did not change. With the request of patient and with the help of well wishers, the service minded Doctor couples layed the foundation to the multistoried 75 bedded Hospital

This Hospital is not only multistoried but a Multi Speciality Hospital with all amenities under one roof from CT Scan to Blood Grouping, supported with Ultra Modern Medical Equipments, in-house blood bank add value to this. The patient who come over here are not rich, they are middle class and from economic backward class. Keeping the economic background of the patients fee structure is been fixed very low, this is to meet the day to day expenses of the hospital and with a very little profit to the founders family.
